Outdoor wedding: 1 hour (includes: vows, signing of marriage license, wedding photography) Wedding location selected by couple. No additional props provided. *Wedding decorated Arch can provided for $25 rental fee.


Cancellation Policy

Booking & Travel Policy At Taylor’d Weddings + Elopements, each celebration is intentionally designed as a full-service, curated experience. Because of this, availability is limited and all bookings are secured in advance. 1. Booking & Reservation To reserve your date, a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required. Dates are not considered held or guaranteed until both are received. 2. Retainer & Payment A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and is applied toward your total package balance. The remaining balance is due no later than [insert timeframe, e.g., 30 days] before your wedding or elopement date, unless otherwise stated in your agreement. 3. Travel Requirements For all weddings and elopements outside of the local service area, travel fees are required and include all necessary accommodations for the Taylor’d Wedding team, which may include: Two photographers Officiant / Day-of Coordinator Additional creative staff as selected (such as barber, makeup artist, or DJ when included in your package) Travel costs include, but are not limited to: Round-trip transportation (flights, mileage, or equivalent travel method) Lodging accommodations for the entire team (based on location and duration of event) Any necessary travel-related fees required to ensure timely arrival and full coverage of your event All travel costs will be clearly outlined and approved prior to booking confirmation. 4. Additional Creative Services Optional services such as barbering, makeup artistry, or DJ services may be added based on package selection and availability. These services will be coordinated and confirmed in advance and are subject to additional fees. 5. Rescheduling One reschedule is permitted with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability. Any changes made with shorter notice may require a new retainer and updated travel arrangements. 6. Cancellations All retainers are non-refundable. Additional payments beyond the retainer may be partially refundable depending on timing and services already rendered or reserved. 7. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, securing venue permissions where required, and communicating any changes in a timely manner.
